Property Evaluation
Once NewQuest is engaged to market the properties, our initial step will be to evaluate each tract. We will investigate issues such as access, utilities, drainage, flood plain, governmental restrictions, title conditions, and potential uses for the each property. With our development experience, NewQuest Properties is uniquely positioned to assist with identifying and solving most development issues identified during this process. Through established relationships with city and county officials, TXDOT, engineers, architects, and land planners we are able to help position the properties to obtain the highest value.

Communication
We believe strongly that our job as brokers is not complete until a transaction is closed and fully funded. Through active involvement with all stages of the acquisition we are able to help move the process along in a timely and judicious manner. Because of our successful track record most buyers will rely heavily on our expertise to manage and coordinate the acquisition process. Throughout every stage of the marketing process up to and through the time that each property is sold we will communicate regularly with the Owner of the property.
