Frank Fitzgerald, CCIM - Senior Vice President
Frank H. Fitzgerald, CCIM, is Senior Vice President of NewQuest Properties. His responsibilities include all phases of commercial real estate brokerage.

Frank began his commercial real estate career in 1973 in Houston and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. Frank specializes in investment property brokerage and land sales to investors, developers and national corporations. He was recognized in the Houston Business Journal for being a "Heavy Hitter" in the Houston real estate market.

Frank earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University. He served as President of the Houston Association of Realtors (1988), President of Houston Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter (1983), Trustee for the Houston Realty Breakfast Club and it’s President for 2005,and was awarded the Realtor of the Year in 1991 from the Houston Association of Realtors.

In addition to his professional activities, Frank has served on numerous real estate and civic committees: Committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Director for the Houston Habitat for Humanity, Volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America, Director of the 12th Man Foundation and a Member of the Real Estate Gift Committee of the Texas A&M Foundation at Texas A&M University, Houston Association of Realtors Representative to the Harris County Flood Control Task Force, and a Volunteer for Super Bowl XXXVIII. Frank honorably served our country as an Officer in the United States Army.
